5C Events Co-Chairs

Responsibilities:
  • Chairs Programming Committee (PC) and selects new membership through applications at the beginning of the fall/spring semester
  • Collaborate with other event heads amongst the 5Cs to create a safer and more fun social
  • scene for the Claremont Colleges, communicate about sharing 5C events hosted by other campuses
  • Attends maintenance meetings at least one week prior to any 5C event
  • Forwards information about weekly 5C events to the VPSA to email out to the school and to the Secretary for Instagram
  • Meets as needed with Associate Director of the Office of Student Engagement (OSE)
  • Must participate in raising unrestricted funds for alcohol at events for 21+ students
  • Sends emails regarding 5C student events on the weekends
