Event Funding

The SAS Vice President of Student Activities (VPSA) can help fund Scripps-only and 5C social events and activities for Scripps students. Examples of past events that have received SAS VPSA funding include: 5C parties, Sanskriti, BLOC events, etc.
Please submit this VPSA Funding Request Form a minimum of two weeks prior to the event. All events and activities must be open to and inclusive of Scripps students. If you are a 5C student government looking for additional funding for your event, this is where you apply! However, you do not need to be affiliated with a student government to receive funding. *The VPSA does not fund ticketed events or alcohol for events. Please expect a one week response time, up to two weeks for approval, and an additional two weeks to receive funding if approved. If your budget is $500 or over, you will be invited to attend a SAS board meeting (held on Sunday evenings) to pitch your budget. Submit accordingly!
