Responsibilities:

• Coordinates the application process of  2-4 Judicial Board members from the student body with the Judicial Board advisor from DOS
  
• Trains the Judicial Board student representatives in carrying out their duties in following the Judicial Board procedures within three weeks of selection
  
• Sits on Committee on Academic Review, Augmented Committee on Academic Review, and the Academic Policy Subcommittee of the Faculty Executive Committee
  
• Works with the Faculty-Staff Relations Chair to acquaint the student body with the steps necessary for:
  
  • Filling out petitions to CAR
    
  • Creating a self-designed major
    
• Maintain knowledge of both academic and non-academic policy changes enacted by the DOS and communicate these changes to the Faculty-Staff relations chair 
• Holds office hours for at least one hour a week
• ​Required to attend Board meetings when called upon by the SAS President
