Office Hours:
​Sundays 4:30-5:30 pm in the Student Union
Responsibilities:
  • Organizes SAS Sunday Snack, which must take place once a week in an accessible location on campus, preferably in Seal Court or Student Union.
  • At least one CLORG or office must host Snack, whose budget can contribute to the cost of food - should be split 50/50.
  • Plans activities for the Scripps community and assists other students or CLORGs in planning campus-wide events.
  • Plans Valentine’s Day hearts
  • Plans and executes at least one 1C formal event at Scripps
  • Coordinates with CLORG members to assist with snack duties as delegated
  • Works closely with the Diversity and Inclusivity Chair to bring the voices of underrepresented groups to SAS
  • Works closely with the VPs of Finance
  • Collaborate with 5C Events Chairs for at least one small scale 1C/1C plus guest event
  • Participates in budget allocations for Scripps CLORGS attend Scripps Budget Hearings
