Secretary

Responsibilities:

Introduces the student body to SAS members through various means
Keeps the minutes for every SAS board meeting
Ensures that the minutes are published to the website no later than 72 hours after the end of the meeting
Chairs the BOT Representatives Selection Committee in the Spring
Archives SAS minutes from current and previous years
Has full responsibility for managing and updating the SAS website
Records any non-SAS members present at all meetings
Updates bylaws and constitution according to approved changes; keeps an archive of SAS bylaw changes
Coordinate SAS member of the month
Checks the SAS mail from OSE at least once every 2 weeks
Responsible for creating SAS facebook events
Advertise SAS sponsored events and initiatives through proper channels
Increases visibility on campus by expanding internet presence, innovative marketing and advertising strategies
Makes sure that SAS is identified by the SAS logo or other means in all printing and internet publications
Monitors social media and brings pressing issues to SAS
